About The Position
As a Member Advisor, you will serve as a trusted advisor to credit union members while processing financial transactions. The role involves providing excellent member service, resolving problems, maintaining member accounts, and identifying member needs to recommend appropriate products and services. You may also be asked to assist at other branches within the region.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist members accurately and efficiently with transactions, including cash handling.
- Problem-solve and maintain member accounts.
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Provide excellent member service.
- Assist at other branches within the region as needed.
