About The Position

Baristas create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. They engage with customers, help brighten their day, and contribute to meaningful customer moments in a fast-paced environment. The role includes preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, meeting store operating standards, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
