About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborates with the store team to provide customers with a positive Sheetz experience. The role involves customer service, food and beverage preparation, checkout transactions, stocking, and maintaining clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. Team members may develop skills across multiple facets of the store, including sales, food preparation, and customer service. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep store products stocked.
