About The Position
Chili's Servers provide Guests with food and drinks alongside hospitable, customized service. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, collaborate with Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Chili's offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules and states that applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
