About The Position

Starbucks baristas create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee can spark connection. They engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and prepare beverages and food products to standard recipes or customize them to meet customer preferences. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment, following operating and safety standards, handling cash, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.
