About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating meaningful moments of connection and joy for customers and the community. The role involves running the business, fostering a warm and welcoming coffeehouse, and supporting team members through coaching, mentoring, and developmental experiences. The position requires full-time availability, regularly working more than 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
