About The Position

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and communicating clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantity, or ingredient substitutions.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
