About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to customer requests. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, interacting with people, and taking pride in their work. No previous experience is required. Baristas may perform many different tasks during each shift and must follow store operating, quality, cash-handling, safety, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Follow store policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
