About The Position

As a Barista, create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and every shift offers opportunities to brighten customers’ days. Engage with customers, respond to their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature or ingredients.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
