About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions spark connection. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and contribute to a positive experience in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves performing a variety of store tasks during each shift and meeting store standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature or ingredients.
• Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and safety and security.
• Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
