About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, make their visit meaningful, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to their requests. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment and performing a variety of store tasks while following operating, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and understand their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
