About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, help brighten their day, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining store standards, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Able to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers and respond to their needs.
Able to prepare food and beverages to standard recipes and accommodate recipe changes.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Handle cash and help maintain store safety and security.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization requests.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
