About The Position

Starbucks baristas create a warm and welcoming space where coffee encourages connection and help brighten customers’ days through friendly service and meaningful moments. The role suits someone who enjoys engaging with people and working in a fast-paced environment. Baristas prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, handle cash, follow store safety and operating standards, and may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, identify their needs, and respond with clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer requests, including modifications to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
