About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and help create meaningful moments. The role involves preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customizing orders, handling cash, following store safety and operating standards, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Follow store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, safety, and security standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them to customer specifications.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
