About The Position

The Logistics Field Operations Manager leads logistics field operations supporting export execution across manufacturing locations and consolidation networks. The role leads Field Operations personnel, supports plant export operations, and drives consistent execution of logistics processes. It serves as a key liaison among manufacturing sites, logistics service providers, transportation partners, and corporate logistics teams to resolve operational issues and improve service performance. The manager also leads operational workstreams for strategic logistics initiatives, process improvements, network optimization, and systems implementations. The position is based on-site in Maplewood, Minnesota at least four days per week and may require up to 50% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or Operations Management and five years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operational management; alternatively, a high school diploma and eight years of such experience.
Two years of experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
Three years of experience working with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners.
Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

Liaise with manufacturing sites, logistics service providers, transportation partners, and corporate logistics teams to resolve operational issues and improve service performance.
Lead operational workstreams related to strategic logistics initiatives, process improvements, network optimization, and systems implementations.
Travel to support operational execution, site engagement, provider management, and business initiatives.
Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties.
Contribute to a strong Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement.
