About The Position

GEODIS is a global third-party logistics provider specializing in the movement of goods worldwide. The Operations Supervisor supervises import team personnel by managing workflow and productivity, addressing employee performance, and ensuring personnel standards. The role prepares and monitors customs compliance and broker management reports, communicates with customers, and provides competitive market rate quotes. It also develops internal operating procedures based on customer specifications and handles accounting processes, including monitoring APIAR issues, Post Entry reviews, and audits.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Incredible work ethic.
