About The Position

The Barback is responsible for organizing and stocking bars with major supplies and beverage products, maintaining deep cleanliness of beverage areas and equipment, and potentially assisting bartenders with beverage service to guests. The role requires excellent service to guests and internal clients, compliance with applicable liquor regulations and company policies, and helping maintain a safe environment for team members and guests. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Able to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1½ miles, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
• Able to grasp, bend, lift, carry, or otherwise move goods weighing at least 25 pounds intermittently.
• Sufficient hand dexterity to use office equipment, including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and a multi-line telephone.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service stations and the cleanliness of bars, and stock assigned bars.
• Ensure a safe environment for fellow Team Members and guests.
• Stock main coolers with beverage products.
• Shovel ice from the ice machine into ice bins.
• Follow State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
• Adhere to Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• May assist bartenders in serving beverages to guests.
