About The Position

The Barback organizes and stocks bars with supplies and beverage products, maintains deep cleanliness of beverage areas and equipment, and may assist bartenders with beverage service. The role provides excellent service to guests and internal clients and follows applicable liquor regulations, Tribal Ordinances, internal controls, and standard operating procedures. The position requires working throughout the property, including in a casino environment and smoke-filled areas. Physical work includes standing for extended periods, walking, climbing stairs, handling ice, and lifting or carrying goods.

Requirements

Six months to one year of related experience.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Must be able to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1½ miles, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
Must be able to grasp, bend, lift, carry, or otherwise move goods weighing at least 25 pounds intermittently.
Must have sufficient hand dexterity to use office equipment, including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and a multi-line telephone.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain service stations and the cleanliness of bars, and stock assigned bars.
Stock main coolers with beverage products.
Shovel ice from the ice machine into ice bins.
Help ensure a safe environment for Team Members and guests.
Follow State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
Adhere to Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
May assist bartenders in serving beverages to guests.
