About The Position

The BAR BACK position is responsible for replenishing all liquor, beer, and wine as needed in the bar throughout the shift. This role involves assisting bartenders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the bar area is well-stocked and tidy. Requirements

• Must be able to retrieve needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar area.
• Must be able to set up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
• Must be able to assist in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Must be able to bus tables in bar area.
• Must be able to help ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; wash work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweep and mop service areas, including floor mats.
• Must be able to prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist bartender.
• Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.
• Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
