About The Position

Punch Bowl Social is seeking Barbacks to support its craft beverage program and bar team. Training will provide the knowledge needed to succeed. Barbacks help deliver attentive, high-quality guest experiences and support hospitality through teamwork, preparation, cleanliness, and organization. Applicants must be at least 21 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create authentic, custom guest experiences through close attention to detail and service.
• Deliver high-quality food and beverages suited to guest preferences, using knowledge of the offerings.
• Support the bar team by juicing, stocking, and preparing items; rotating kegs, products, and service ware to enable proper service execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and other assigned workstations.
• Work alongside fellow team members to provide a high level of hospitality.
