About The Position

The Bar Back supports bartenders in delivering a fun, seamless beverage-service experience for Topgolf players. The role keeps the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; cleans glassware, equipment, and utensils; and collects empty glasses and bottles. Bar Backs work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers to keep service running smoothly, maintain a clean and organized bar, follow safety and sanitation standards, and support exceptional player experiences while embodying Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

This is an active, high-volume role that requires standing for most of the shift and regularly walking, lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain responsible beverage-service certifications where required by law. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, but is not required.

• Support bartenders by ensuring they have the supplies needed to provide beverage service.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
• Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils and maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly.
• Work with bartenders and other Playmakers to support efficient service and positive player experiences.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
