About The Position

The Bar Back maintains the cleanliness and functionality of bar and beverage service areas at Stadium 66 Sports Bar. The role ensures that bar stations, storage areas, and equipment are clean, organized, and stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, paper products, glassware, ice, garnishes, and other supplies. It includes routine beverage-equipment maintenance and handling inventory deliveries with tools such as pallet jacks and dollies. The Bar Back supports bartenders and other team members to promote smooth operations and outstanding guest service, while maintaining a working knowledge of sanitation regulations.

Candidates are expected to demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, a positive attitude, physical stamina, and effective teamwork. The role involves working under pressure, including on weekends and holidays, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and operating equipment. No formal education is required, but relevant work experience is necessary. Alcohol service certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment, and passing a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen is required.
