About The Position

Punch Bowl Social is hiring Barbacks to support its craft beverage program and create authentic, custom guest experiences through attentive service. Training will provide the knowledge needed to succeed in the role. Barbacks support the bar team with preparation and restocking, maintain clean and organized work areas, and work alongside team members to deliver hospitality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Value guest experiences and take pride in your work.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Be comfortable communicating with strangers.
• Work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create authentic, custom guest experiences through attention to detail and service.
• Deliver high-quality food and beverages suited to guest preferences, using knowledge of the offerings.
• Support the bar team by juicing, stocking, prepping, and rotating kegs, products, and service ware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and other assigned workstations.
• Work alongside fellow team members to provide a high level of hospitality.
