About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a Bar Back to support bartenders and help create a fun, seamless experience for Players. The role involves keeping the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils; and collecting empty glasses and bottles so drink service runs smoothly. Bar Backs work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers to support efficient service and memorable Player experiences.

The position requires following safety and sanitation standards to keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant, and demonstrating Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. Applicants must be at least the legal serving age where employed and retain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law. Hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, but is not required.

This is an active, high-volume role that involves being on your feet for most of the shift, walking, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and handling varied physical tasks while maintaining pace during long shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to perform varied active tasks and maintain pace during long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by ensuring they have the supplies needed to serve drinks.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
• Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils, and maintain an organized bar area.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service moving smoothly.
• Work with bartenders and other Playmakers to support efficient service and positive Player experiences.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
