Bar Back
About The Position
Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated Bar Back to support bartenders and help deliver a smooth, enjoyable experience for Players. The role involves keeping the bar stocked and organized, cleaning glassware and equipment, and collecting empty glasses and bottles so drink service can continue efficiently. Bar Backs work closely with bartenders and other Playmakers, follow safety and sanitation standards, and embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend availability. Applicants must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and maintain any responsible beverage service certifications required by law. Prior hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but is not required. The work is active and physically demanding, including lifting items up to 50 pounds and spending most of the shift on one’s feet in a high-volume environment.
Requirements

- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment.
- Maintain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including bending, stooping, and carrying.
- Ability to remain on one’s feet for most of the shift and perform varied physical tasks.
- Ability to sustain pace during long shifts and in a high-volume work environment.
- Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities
- Support bartenders by ensuring they have the supplies needed to serve drinks.
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
- Clean and organize the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and utensils.
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly.
- Work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers to support efficient service and positive Player experiences.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
