Bar Back
About The Position
Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated, and caring Bar Back to support bartenders and help provide players with a fun, seamless experience. The role involves keeping the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils; and collecting empty glasses and bottles. Bar Backs work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers to keep service running smoothly and contribute to memorable player experiences. The position requires following safety and sanitation standards and keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant. Team members are expected to embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. Applicants must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and maintain any required responsible beverage service certifications. This is an active, high-volume role involving lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and standing for most of the shift. The listed pay is $19.50 per hour, and the role is tip eligible.
Requirements

- Maintain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and carry items.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift and remain active throughout the workday.
- Ability to keep pace during long shifts and in a high-volume working environment.

Responsibilities
- Support bartenders by ensuring they have the supplies needed to serve drinks and provide a smooth player experience.
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
- Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils, and keep the bar area organized.
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to support continuous drink service.
- Work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers to keep service running smoothly.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bar.
