About The Position
The Bar Back supports bar operations by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized, and by assisting guests and the bar team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. The position is tip eligible, with a stated pay range of $17.86–$18.00. Responsibilities
- Ensure the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
- Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
- Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to appropriate areas for cleaning.
- Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Promptly address guest needs and requests to provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
