About The Position

Craft Culinary Concepts is seeking a Bar Back to support bar operations at State Farm Stadium. The position requires experience stocking, backing, and cleaning bars, and the ability to take the lead in assisting and training other staff. Bar backs help ensure bars are properly stocked with necessary supplies and support smooth service before, during, and after events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have prior bar experience.
• Must have a valid TEAM or TIP certification card.
• Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in possession for each event worked.
• Must be discreet and keep guest information and details confidential.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check and a math assessment involving all U.S. monetary units.
• Must be able to work with a group and independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and remain on their feet for several hours.
• Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise.

Responsibilities

• Set up bars before events by delivering products, ice, and supplies.
• Replenish bar items during events as needed.
• Assist with breaking down and thoroughly cleaning bars at the end of each event.
• Report misuse of equipment and machines that need repair.
• Deliver products accurately and on time.
• Maintain paperwork needed for inventory purposes.
• Provide extraordinary customer service.
• Assist with and train other staff.
