About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a Bar Back to support bartenders and help create a fun, seamless experience for Players. The role includes keeping the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils; and collecting empty glasses and bottles so drink service runs smoothly. Bar Backs work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers to support service and memorable Player experiences.

The position requires maintaining a clean, safe, and organized bar while following safety and sanitation standards. Team members are expected to demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. The work is active and takes place in a high-volume environment, with most of the shift spent on one’s feet and handling physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds.

Applicants must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain any responsible beverage service certifications required by law. Hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but is not required. The position is tip eligible; the posting lists a minimum and maximum tip amount of 11 without specifying a unit or time period.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by ensuring they have the supplies and items needed for service.
• Stock the bar with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
• Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils, and keep the bar clean and organized.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles to support continuous drink service.
• Work with bartenders and other Playmakers to help service run smoothly and create positive Player experiences.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to help keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
