About The Position

This position involves receiving liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom on event days and replenishing these items as needed in the bar throughout the shift. The role also includes retrieving food and beverage items, setting up the bar with top-shelf liquor, ensuring stock is ready, stocking bar snacks and napkins, and assisting with opening and closing duties. A key part of the job is maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and lounge areas, including washing surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and removing rubbish. Requirements

Must be able to receive all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom on event day.
Must be able to replenish all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar throughout the shift.
Must be able to retrieve all needed food items from kitchen and deliver to bar area.
Must be able to retrieve all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar area.
Must be able to set up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
Must be able to ensure stock is ready for assigned area.
Must be able to place appropriate bar snacks on counter; keep supplies, such as snacks and napkins, stocked throughout shift.
Must be able to assist in opening and closing side work as assigned.
Must be able to help ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; wash work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweep and mop service areas, including floor mats.
Must be able to ensure rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.
