Requirements

Previous experience as a Steward Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English mandatory
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Supervise staff and set up and run breakdown stations
Maintain control of china, glassware, and silver between all food and beverage departments, sort, properly cleaned and returned to storage
Maintain sanitary kitchen and dish room
Assist in training new stewarding staff
Supervise and/or conduct inventory of glassware and supplies
Perform in capacity of any position supervised
Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire employees to meet and exceed standards
Attend all mandatory meetings
Other duties as assigned by manager
