About The Position

The Steward Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the stewarding department, including the total maintenance and sanitation of all food production and service areas. This role involves controlling storeroom orders and issuing china, silver, and glassware to ensure all food and beverage outlets have sufficient equipment to perform adequately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must maintain a good driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain sanitation certificate.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills required.
• Excellent analytical skills required.
• Must be flexible with working hours.
• Must be a people person.
• Must be able to come up with creative ideas.
• Advanced Food & Beverage knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of three to five years management experience preferred.
