About The Position

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring a Banquet Setup team member to help execute banquet and catering functions. The role involves physically arranging and dismantling event spaces and requires following instructions, working efficiently with a team, and maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience in banquet setup or a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to acquire a Food Handler’s Card from the Cherokee Nation.
• Must have passed all Alcohol Awareness training provided by CNE.
• Ability to work in an environment with strong exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk constantly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down banquet and catering functions, including tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, linens, serving ware, and décor.
• Complete event setup and teardown in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail.
• Perform side duties as assigned per shift.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in shared areas and maintain a sanitary work environment for team members and guests.
• Maintain safe working conditions for team members and guests.
