About The Position

As a Banquet Set-Up Associate at Concord Hospitality, you will prepare and maintain banquet spaces to support successful events. Requirements

• Full mobility and the ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently, including when moving furniture, equipment, and staging.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders.
• Attend to guest needs throughout events.
• Maintain public spaces during events to ensure a consistently clean presentation.
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning.
• Track event supplies and equipment, store furnishings carefully when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs.
