About The Position

As a Banquet Server, you provide food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive hospitality. The role includes taking and delivering orders, maintaining service areas, supporting banquet preparation, and following health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the guest experience special.
• Learn menu items and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the service station stocked, clean, and organized.
• Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with cleaning, arranging and setting banquet tables, and restocking supplies to support event preparation.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
