About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist supports the daily HR operations of Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, helping deliver a positive workplace for hotel team members and memorable experiences for guests. The role performs a range of HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, while ensuring adherence to corporate policies and applicable regulations. It also supports team member engagement and recognition, maintains employment data and HR system records, and helps ensure fair hiring practices and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
• Ensure HR activities comply with corporate policies and federal and local regulations.
• Support employee relations initiatives, recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain employment data in HR systems, track employment transitions, generate reports, and process unemployment claims.
• Adhere to employment regulations, fair hiring practices, and company policies.
