About The Position

The Food and Beverage Manager oversees daily operations for designated dining outlets at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. The role focuses on delivering high-quality food and beverage service and marketing, maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction, improving the guest experience, and ensuring efficient department operations. The manager supervises and develops team members and maintains compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring quality, service, and marketing strategies support profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of guest-satisfaction strategies by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions for the Food & Beverage department and implement controls for food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Support exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; provide professional development opportunities and recognize achievements to build and retain a high-performing team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
