About The Position

The Front Office Manager oversees overnight front office operations at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, including guest service, registration, room inventory, and compliance with hotel policies and standards. The role monitors guest satisfaction, addresses service issues, and leads improvements to the guest experience. It also promotes hotel services and up-selling initiatives to support occupancy and revenue growth, keeps the team informed about hotel offerings and local attractions, and welcomes guests while resolving inquiries and concerns. The manager supervises, supports, coaches, and develops front office team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office operations, including guest service, registration, room inventory, and adherence to policies and standards.
• Track guest satisfaction, address service issues, and guide the team in making improvements to the guest experience.
• Promote hotel services and carry out up-selling tactics to support room occupancy and revenue growth.
• Provide regular updates and training about hotel offerings, services, and local attractions.
• Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and promptly resolve concerns.
• Supervise and support front office team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
