About The Position

The Overnight Security Supervisor supports the safety and security of the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista and its guests and team members. The role patrols hotel premises, coordinates emergency responses, supervises and develops security staff, investigates incidents, promotes workplace safety, and provides backup for security officers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior security patrols to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Coordinate responses to fires, medical emergencies, security threats, and other incidents.
• Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards/Officers, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate incident reporting.
• Promote team members’ adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
• Perform security officer responsibilities when needed.
