About The Position

The Outlet Manager oversees daily food and beverage operations for designated dining outlets at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. The role supports exceptional guest experiences by maintaining quality and service standards, improving guest satisfaction, managing operational planning and administration, and implementing cost controls. The manager supervises, coaches, and mentors team members and ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, maintaining quality and service standards and using marketing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department and implement controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Support food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; provide professional development opportunities and recognize achievements to build and retain a high-performing team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
