About The Position

The Banquet Busperson helps create memorable guest experiences by keeping dining areas clean and organized and providing friendly, proactive hospitality. The role supports banquet service by clearing and transporting tableware, maintaining service stations, assisting servers, and preparing tables for dining. The Busperson must follow applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make guests’ experiences special.
• Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware at the end of meal service and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Clear and reset tables with clean serviceware.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
