Banquet Server - On Call
About The Position
The Banquet Server is responsible for providing service that is fast, friendly, efficient and professional while maintaining all sanitation standards. This role assists with all phases of banquet functions, follows service standards and department policies, and provides excellent customer service to ensure customer needs are met. The server will greet guests, set tables, ensure the function space is visually appealing, and present the menu. They are also responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of work areas, banquet rooms, and storage areas. Additionally, the role involves providing creative ideas to enhance the guest experience, possessing in-depth knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation, maintaining punctual attendance, and working collaboratively in a team environment.

- Must be responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, banquet rooms and storage areas
- Must provide unique and creative ideas to enhance meetings & group experience
- Must possess in depth Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation and presentation
- Must maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance
- Must work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
