About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Server. The role supports banquet food and beverage service by taking accurate food orders, keeping buffets stocked and appealing, ensuring food is properly prepared and presented and delivered to the correct guests, refreshing drinks, and assisting with table bussing. The position requires effective communication, teamwork, strong time management, multitasking, and the ability to exceed guest and team-member expectations. Flexible hours and shifts are required. The position is described as on-call.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is stocked appropriately.
Monitor food distribution, ensure meals reach the correct recipients, and ensure food is properly prepared and presented; keep the buffet appealing.
Refresh drinks.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
