Requirements

• Proven experience in the food industry or hospitality sector, especially in banquet or catering settings.
• Strong guest service and guest relations skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper serving techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.

• Experience with food preparation, bussing, and supporting catering operations.
• Familiarity with restaurant or hotel service standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, arranging tables, linens, glassware, and utensils.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Bus tables during and after events to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures and comply with health regulations.
• Break down banquet setups, clean spaces, and reset them for future use.
