About The Position

The Banquet Server sets up and breaks down event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders, including linens, settings, and A/V equipment. The role serves food and beverages with attention to timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction, and maintains clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle. The server addresses guest needs professionally and supports the event contact throughout each function while following food safety, sanitation, and company policies to provide a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

At least 6 months of serving experience for medium to large groups.
Food Safety certification, or willingness to complete training within the first 90 days.
Alcohol certification, or willingness to complete training within the first 90 days.
Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs, bend and squat repeatedly, and stand or walk for the entire shift.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
