About The Position

The Banquet Server reviews banquet event orders (BEOs) for menu details, room setup, food, beverage, and audio-visual needs. The role assists with event setup, checks food quality and presentation, prepares and serves beverages, and provides prompt, professional service to guests. The server also communicates with the kitchen about changes during functions.
