About The Position

This position mixes and serves drinks to guests at banquet functions, either directly or through the banquet servers. The role prepares drink orders to specified recipes, maintains knowledge of the service requirements for each assigned function, and follows applicable liquor regulations and company policies for billing, payment processing, and cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have TIPS or equivalent certification.
• Must be skilled in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years’ experience as a bartender is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drink orders for guests according to specified recipes.
• Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned functions, including pricing, beverage characteristics, designated glassware, and VIPs.
• Abide by state liquor regulations, including prohibitions on serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Transport the bar unit and all supplies and equipment to the assigned function area and set it up as specified.
• Follow guest billing, payment processing, and cash handling responsibilities according to policy.
