About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Server. The role supports banquet and food service by taking guest orders, keeping buffet service stocked and appealing, ensuring food is properly prepared, presented, and delivered to the correct recipients, refreshing drinks, and assisting with table bussing. Requirements

Minimum high school education.
At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is stocked appropriately.
Monitor food distribution to ensure meals are delivered to the correct recipients and food is properly prepared and presented, and/or the buffet is appealing.
Refresh drinks.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
