About The Position

Carmel Country Club is seeking seasoned, experienced part-time Banquet Servers to work in its Clubhouse. Carmel hosts events throughout the year, ranging from small birthday and anniversary parties to large signature and corporate events. In addition to banquet events, the role may serve members in the club’s indoor casual and formal dining venues, outdoor casual dining, and pub dining areas. The schedule consistently includes evenings, holidays, and weekends.

The position focuses on event setup and breakdown, cleaning banquet areas, attending staff meetings, and providing excellent member service. Carmel emphasizes courtesy, awareness, relationship building, making service special, enthusiasm, and latitude, and encourages its team to find safe, legal, and courteous ways to accommodate member requests.

Requirements

• Seasoned, experienced banquet service experience.
• Must be at least 16 years of age to work at Carmel Country Club.
• Youth employment certificate must be filed for eligible youth workers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down bars or event spaces.
• Clean up banquet areas.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Provide excellent member service.
• Serve in banquet events and, as needed, in the club’s indoor casual dining, indoor formal dining, outdoor casual dining, and pub dining areas.
