About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Server to join its hospitality team. Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is appropriately stocked.
Monitor food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered to the correct recipients and food is properly prepared and presented, and/or that the buffet is appealing.
Refresh drinks.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
